  • Includes 1 hour dress rehearsal 1 or 2 days before event. More rehearsal time can be reserved at additional cost. (Dependent on whether the venue is being rented out the day prior.)

 

How many guests can the farm accomdate?


The barn can accomdate 300 guests.




What time can the bride and groom be at the barn on wedding day?


11 is the time that the barn is open for set up. Our staff needs time to prepare the barn for your day. We do a fresh cleaning each wedding day morning.




Do you have lawn games available?


We have a variety of lawn games. You can bring in your own lawn games. We do not allow lawn darts.




Is it okay for guests to leave cars overnight at the barn?


No, they will need to be cleared out by 11.




What are your thoughts on a wedding coordinator?


We take care of everything related to the venue on the wedding day. A coordinator would be necessary if you felt you had a lot of décor and details to facilitate and didn’t want any family members or friends to oversee this.




If I reserve a date, how much money is due upfront? Do we make installments, or is payment due all at once?


Depending on the type of event you book, a deposit is required ($500 for an Elope, $1500 for Garden Party or Formal Linen Flow). Your final payment is due 2 weeks before your event. We ask that deposits be made by check and are mailed to Stone Spring Farms, 812 Mountain Rd, Hamburg, PA 19526.




How late can my event go?


Music can play until 10:30p. However, guest and all items will need to be out of the barn by 11:00p.




Is alcohol permitted?


Liquor and alcoholic beverages ate permitted on the premises, however, the following must be followed. Alcohol may not be sold; No Cash Bar allowed. All alcohol must be provided by the lessee and must be served by a certified/licensed bartender. Lessee must abide by all state, local or municipal laws relating to the service of alcoholic beverages, including, but not limited to restricting service to only individuals 21 years of age or older. Inappropriate behavior, exposure to liability due to excessive drinking, damage to property, injury to individuals and other such activities can result in the individual being asked to leave premises. Lessor has the right to ask the bartender to refuse alcohol to intoxicated individuals or to require that alcohol service cease prior to the end time of the event. Lessee has sole liability for their guests who consume alcohol.




Are tables, chairs & linens provided?


We will have 30 round tables and 300 chairs for events. We will also have a number of high-tops that can be utilized. At this time, we do not provide linens.
